Looking at 15%+ per year from this Nordic Real Estate
This real estate company is finally cheap enough to invest in
So, I’ve been covering and investing in this company (on and off) for several years. The attractive part about the company is that a non-trivial piece of their real estate assets are leased to state and governmental institutions under very long leases.
That makes them potentially very attractive, as long as the company is cheap enough to invest in to have an upside even at a low sort of forward target, and with very little growth.
Why is this important?
That’s what we’ll get into here.
